HLM MISSION MINISTRY
The mission of Harvest Life Missions (HLM) is to proclaim the Sovereignty of God, working to establish His love, glory and honor among all people groups; by teaching the manifestation of the Holy Spirit – the power that provides fulfillment of a happy life. Teach and share the resources of God's Word, with the vision of life abundant and wholeness.
HLM accomplishes the manifestation of the Holy Spirit through evangelism, teaching and mentoring indigenous pastors and congregants with the word of God, teaching good agriculture practices, construction and assistance with church facilities, urgent care medical clinics, elementary schools, vocational high schools with a high school diploma and trade skills, youth and young adult ministry, bus transportation, as well as water purification systems for individual homes and village huts.
Our teaching and sharing the resources of God’s word with life abundant and wholeness, includes an emphasis on church pastors and their families becoming good shepherds to their congregations, with ways and means of self sustaining for them and their families.

HLM HISTORY
Dr. Brown was called into the International Christian Mission Service of our Lord Jesus Christ, April 1982, and spent one year with Oriental Mission Crusade, serving in the Philippines as Vice President/Director of field operations, doing evangelism,church construction and administration. Upon returning in 1983, Dr. Brown and four Christian men founded Harvest Life Missions, becoming a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation in 1985. HLM's initial mission was to serve in the Philippines and Mexico. In 1994, a close friend of Dr. Brown, Missionary A. Shanks, became ill, and asked HLM to take over his ministries in Africa, Southeast Asia and Asia. HLM now serves the Lord Jesus Christ in Malawi, Mozambique, Liberia, Kenya and the Philippines.
